Dundee are delighted to announce the signing of Mexican midfielder Victor Lopez on a yearlong loan deal, subject to international clearance and being granted the necessary visa.

Victor who is known as Chespi will join us from Liga MX side Queretaro. Once available for selection Chespi will wear the number 27 jersey for the Dark Blues.

Marley Sweenie-Rowe, who is part of Dundee FC’s Development squad has joined Scottish League Two side Forfar Athletic on loan till the end of the season. 

He was on loan at Fraserburgh and played against Rangers last Sunday at Ibrox in the Scottish Cup.

Dundee  can confirm that midfielder Julien Vetro has left the club after being recalled from his season-long loan by his parent club Burnley FC.

Julien joined The Dee on the 29th August 2024 and during his time played six times for the Dark Blues.

Dundee will play Airdrieonians in the fifth round of The Scottish Cup. The game at Dens will be played weekend 8/9 February 2025.
