Latest From Dens Park...

Rumour has it Freddie Daquin has left Dundee and returned to France, it has still to be confirmed. The game v St Johnstone on Saturday is all ticket now, and are on sale now. Meanwhile Colin McMenamin has signed a new 2 year contract, talks have been going on since January.

A goal from Darren Young guided Dundee to victory despite the visitors having been on the back-foot for long spells.Livingston created the best chance of the first half when Liam Fox hit the woodwork from 25 yards and the same player repeated the trick on the hour.Dundee took the lead seconds later when Young knocked in the rebound after Roddy McKenzie produced a stunning save to deny Mickael Antoine-Curier. The Dees win was slightly tainted when Gary MacKenzie was sent off late on.

Simon Lynch scored the only goal as Airdrie picked up three points in a dire game with Dundee at Dens Park. Dundee made a bright start but Airdrie made note of their intent when John Baird's dipping effort went just over the bar after 16 minutes.Lynch did the damage after 18 minutes, cashing in on poor defending to fire low past Rab Douglas from eight yards. Dundee's last chance came in stoppage time but Colin Cameron's 20-yard free-kick was deflected over.

Morton striker Peter Weatherson scored twice as the Greenock side leapfrogged their opponents from Tayside. Weatherson powered in a fierce header from seven yards after good work from Jim McAlister on 29 minutes.The win was secured when Weatherson glanced home a Stevie Masterton corner 11 minutes from time.Alex Walker and Allan McManus denied Dundee with goal-line clearances, while Paul McHale and Brian Gilhaney hit the woodwork for the visitors.

Dunfermline rescued a point against Dundee with Calum Woods scoring in the last minute to cancel out Eddie Malone's opener for the visitors. Jamie Mole and Nicky Phinn threatened for the Pars before Dundee took a 61st-minute lead.Mark Gilhaney capitalised on a defensive mix-up to set up Malone, who fired into an empty net.Dundee's Mickael Antoine-Curier missed an open goal before Woods' impressive strike drew the home side level.

Nine-man Dundee saw their promotion hopes dented by Ross County's last-gasp equaliser at Victoria Park. After a scoreless first half, Mickael Antoine-Curier fired the visitors in front in the 66th minute.Dundee's Paul McHale received a second booking on 85 minutes and team-mate Gary MacKenzie was dismissed in injury time for serious foul play.And from the free-kick awarded following MacKenzie's offence, Sean Higgins levelled for County.
