Seeing this game was midweek i planned this when the fixtures came out. It was mainly to meet up with my great Motherwell mates George, Paul and Ben before the game. We have been doing this for 40+ years home or away.
I then got time to relax and l got the 16:23 to Motherwell to meet Paul and Ben at The Railway Tavern. We had our tea and my steak pie, mashed potatoes with veg was superb.
We had a couple of drinks before heading up to the 100 club to meet up with George, the talk was how both our teams have struggled this season.
After the game George gave me a lift down to the train station, they were happy enough with the win for Motherwell, We all agreed that the game was pretty poor with both keepers not having a real save to make,
I got the train straight away to central, with three young Dees, they were getting the ember bus back to Dundee. We did our best to cheer each other up after the result.
Myself l had two pints and then headed back to my hotel.
Next morning up had breakfast which was superb, after some more shopping which was successful (new jacket) I headed home back to Fife.
We go again Saturday this time my two boys will be at the game. Some more photos below:
