Dundee 2 Stirling Albion 0, Dens Park, First Division, 18/December/10

Dundee claimed all 3 points to keep their recent good record of results going. Stirling had a couple of early chances but Rab Douglas was equal to their efforts. Dundee got better as the half continued with Nicky Riley unlucky not to score after a great Griffiths pass. But with 10 minutes to go to half time they made the vital breakthrough, when Stephen O'Donnell skipped past two players to finish with a touch of class.

Second half and Dundee attacked straight away and on 46 minutes Leigh Griffiths finished the game after taking advantage of some slack Stirling defending, and he went round the keeper to make it 2-0. The home support were up for it now, and we should have added to the scoreline. Our best efforts were from O'Donnell and Forsyth but the Stirling keeper had a good game.

So 3 more points Manager Barry Smith must take great credit for this great run as do the players and fans who have all pulled together as one.
