Dundee 0 Queen Of the South 0, Dens Park, First Division, 14/November/09

Top of the table clash at Dens on Saturday turned into a dull 0-0 draw. Which keeps Queens top on goal difference. Dundee without Leigh Griffiths and Brian Kerr. With Colin McMenamin replaced by Pat Clarke who started his first game. Colin Cameron came into midfield. It was Cameron who's shot over the bar in the first half of few chances. Queens were happy to sit in and take the draw. Dundee created the better of the chances throughout, although they rarely troubled keeper David Hutton. It took almost an hour before Hutton was called on to make a save, when a superb through ball from Gary Harkins deserved more from Craig Forsyth. It was pretty poor stuff and we will have to play a lot better next week at Perth in the Alba Cup Final..

Dundee: Douglas, Paton, Malone, McHale (Hart 60), MacKenzie, Lauchlan, Forsyth, Cameron, Clarke (McMenamin 76), Higgins, Harkins. Subs Not Used: Soutar, Benedictus, Rennie.
