Dundee 1 Queen of the South 0, Dens Park, 20/Jan/07

Dundee made it five wins in a row at Dens after winning 1 nil,the home record is now very good and if the away record was better we would be putting pressure on Gretna. It was also good that the three new signing all done well. Midfielder Paul McHale caught the eye and the two strikers will get better the more games they play. Derek Lyle scored the only goal just after halftime heading home a great Gavin Swankie cross, and he should have got his second but missed a sitter from 6 yards out. It was a good performance and one which we can build on.
