On Tuesday I done 12.9 miles, went out Newburgh road, up to Lethem, Melville Lodges and back into Cupar. I was up late so did not have a lot of time. Today I done Cupar-Lindores-Colessie-Melville Lodges-Bow of Fife-Springfield-Cuparmuir-Cupar..total miles was 20.9. I done that in 1hr 55mins. I stopped and took some photo's..
