Dundee have signed attacking midfielder Oluwaseun Adewumi on a loan deal from Burnley FC till January 2025.
The nineteen-year-old Austrian midfielder has just signed for Burnley after leaving Austrian side Floridsdorfer AC II and immediately joins Dundee on loan for the 24/25 season.
Last season Adewumi played 30 league matches for Floridsdorfer AC in Austria’s 2 Liga last season.At international level, he has played for Austria’s Under 19s and has been called up to the Under 21s squad.
Young defender Sebastian Lochhead has moved to English Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers for an undisclosed fee.
Sixteen-year-old Seb was part of the Dundee FC development squad, but has trained regularly with the first team since the beginning of pre-season.
He played for the first team last season when only 15 years old. Good luck at Wolves in the future.
Dundee have signed midfielder Julien Vetro on a season-long deal from Burnley FC.
The twenty-year-old Frenchman has just signed for Burnley after leaving Bordeaux and immediately joins Dundee on loan for the 24/25 season.
Vetro came through the Bordeaux youth set-up, playing for their Under 19s and B side. He made his first team debut in 2022, and last season, he made 15 appearances for Bordeaux in Ligue 2.
Dundee have announced the signing of Sammy Braybrooke on a season-long loan deal from Leicester City, subject to international clearance.
Twenty year-old Braybrooke joins The Dee from Leicester City where he has been since the age of six working up through the youth development system into the first-team squad. He made his first team debut in the English League Cup against Newport County in November 2022.
For Leicester City Under 18’s, he played 21 times scoring once, before moving up to the Under 21’s where he has played 49 times scoring four times. The defensive midfielder has also represented England at international level, playing 11 times for England Under 18’s, 3 times for England Under 19’s and twice for England Under 20’s.
